IT Helpdesk Team Lead
miejsce: Łódź

Key responsibilities:
• Managing the performance of the 1st and 2nd Line Helpdesk / Technical Support Team, ensuring that the service levels are met
• Setting, managing and achieving strategic goals for the team
• Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
• Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
• Providing operational support to team members
• Handling client communication and escalations
• Coordination and implementation of tools in the team
• Ensuring a correctness of procedures and internal control function

Requirements:
• Very good command of English and preferably other European language
• Min 2 years of experience on leadership position preferably in 1st / 2nd line helpdesk / tech support process
• Technical degree / diploma preferred
• Technical understanding of MS Operating Systems, MS Office, & other basic software applications
• Experience in relations with Clients
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Stress resistance
• Drive for results
• Willing to work in fast moving environment
• Willing to work with different nationalities
