Job Description:

•The role of CSE is to provide technical support and resolve issues for worldwide customers and partners.
•The successful candidate will be able to cooperates with other teams in the company.
•Effectively utilizes databases of existing issues, debugging tools and lab simulations to analyse problems and identify solutions.
•Ensures customers’ satisfaction.
•Actively participates in knowledge creation and sharing.
•Keeps up-to-date with the latest technology products in order to provide relevant and high quality support.

Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years of related work experience involving customer exposure.
•Good technical foundation in networking.
•Good understanding of TCP/IP stack and ISO/OSI model.
•Effective Troubleshooting and Analytical skills.
•Good L2&L3 technologies knowledge: STP, VLANs, UDLD, HSRP/VRRP (advantageous).
•Ability to achieve goals with limited supervision.
•Availability for limited weekend and holiday shifts (paid extra).
•Fluency in English – must have.
