Service Desk Analyst with Finnish or Dutch

Duties:
• service ticket creation, assignment and categorization,
• receive calls during the assigned period and adhere to break schedules and use the appropriate Aux as applicable,
• preparing incident management information system,
• identifying the trend of calls, tickets,
• callback the user and confirm resolution (where ever applicable).
Requirements:
• fluent English and Finnish or Dutch,
• at least half year of experience in technical support,
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• willingness to learn and take over new responsibilities.
