We are a startup privately funded by veterans of aviation industry – on a mission to transform the way aviation professionals work by equipping them with modern tools based on cutting edge tech fit for their job.

We have working product and set of Companies committed to use and pay for solving theirs pain points and automating processes around flight support operations. It’s unique opportunity to help shape the product and be one of the first team members having huge impact on The Product.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are in the process of building great core Tech Team to help us disrupt Software in Aviation Industry. We are building international team with R&D based in Cracow. Currently we work mostly remotely, but as the team grows we plan on opening office in Cracow so it’s important for us that at this point you’ll be able to work with us on site at some capacity.

We are not only looking for technical proficiency, but we’re also aiming to work with the best and we are carrying high standards when it comes to work ethics. We do believe that great companies are built on trust.

EXPERIENCE

4+ (Senior) 2+ (Mid) years experience with Ruby / Ruby On Rails
Expierience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/ Redis
Great command of English

Bonus points for:

JavaScript (ember.js/angular.js)
DevOps (Ansible, AWS)

WHAT DO WE OFFER

Our HQ is based in UAE, and we have a legal entity in UK, but are not yet set up in Poland, so the most convenient way to collaborate at this point is B2B contract. If you’re interested in other forms of employment, we can discuss that further.

Salary
Senior: ~ 15k PLN + VAT
Mid: ~ 10k PLN + VAT
