You must have:

-excellent knowledge of CSS3, HTML, LESS/SASS, Illustrator, Photoshop,
-experience in designing graphical user interfaces,
-familiarity with current graphical design trends,
-creativity, attention to details and highly developed esthetic sensibility,
-communicative level of English (B1 level).

You may have:

-knowledge of other Adobe CS suite software,
-knowledge of prototyping apps (e.g. InVision, UXPin, Axure),
-basic familiarity with Machine Learning concepts,
-basic knowledge of JavaScript and AngularJS,
-experience in working on IT industry projects,
-previous work experience as a Frontend Developer.
