IT Applications Support Analyst with English and very good in one of the following languages: Spanish, Danish, Lithuanian, Mandarin Chinese

For consideration candidate must have the following:

•Have minimum of 2 – 3 years experience working in a Service Desk environment for external customers or internal end users
•Fluent in English or fluent in English and additionally very good in one of the following languages: German, Chinese – Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Flemish, Russian, Portuguese, Finnish, Korean, Swedish, Danish, Lithuanian
•Experience with CA Service Desk Manager is desired
•Experience with service management system to track and facilitate the handling of all customer incidents and/or service requests
•Must have experience providing first-line investigation and diagnostics
•Must have experience supporting ‘off the self’ mainly Microsoft software, password resets, user account creation, basic application functionality support remote control for software deployment and incident isolation
•Must have experience with remote connectivity
•Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment
•Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency regarding solving end-user incidents
•Must possess excellent Customer Service skills
•Have excellent telephone, listening and communication skills
•Be able to answer questions regarding system errors or usage instruction
•Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication
•Ability and willingness to work overtime
•Ability and willingness to work/cover various shifts
•Experience with ITIL v3 is desired
