The roles

In the scope of our expanding activity in Poland, we are currently looking for talented Business Development Managers. We have some positions open in Warsaw and Krakow. The main responsibilities are to:

  • Define your business plan & development strategy together with your coach;
  • Explore and develop a customer base of large accounts;
  • Interview and select consultants to provide specialized engineering services;
  • Mobilize consultants in accordance with the appropriate skills needed in each project;
  • Monitor projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and consultants’ success;
  • Successfully manage profitability.

The profile

  • Education: degree in Engineering and / or Management, preferably a Master degree
  • Professional experience: minimum 2 years of sales experience in IT / telecommunication/ banking / insurance / automotive / energy within an international and multicultural environment, which enables you to have acquired an understanding of your industry sector(s).
  • Soft-skills: great communication skills (to deal both with clients and teams of consultants), entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated negotiation talent, excellent closing abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, strong drive to succeed, result-focused, ambitious
  • Languages: English is mandatory, French is an asset
