The company is a market leader in online dating in number of niche markets around the world. An opportunity has arisen to join our marketing team as a web marketing manager.

Key responsibilities include:

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing: creating web analytics dashboards using data from Google Analytics amongst, setting up and configuring analytics platforms, analysing and understanding visitor patterns, Google Adwords campaigns management and media buying.

On a daily basis your role will revolve around working closely with a variety of teams across the business including designers and web developers to optimise the performance of a portfolio of websites. This will use your analytical skills by drawing conclusions from the information given in Google Analytics as well as managing effective A/B and multivariate tests to see what variants work in order to achieve the best results. Your role will also include analysing the efficiency of landing pages in terms of user experience and conversion rates so a creative eye is of the utmost importance in this role also.
Joining us, you’ll delve into numbers, produce reports and identify areas of the company website that are underperforming. Focusing on the user experience and journey, you’ll utilise your knowledge of the web and eCommerce to improve our conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Advanced Google Analytics and Adwords skills and experience
Experience of improving conversion rates, ideally for online service provider
Experience of A/B and multivariate testing
Web usability skills and experience
Experience to analyse and evaluate web traffic and its behaviour. A key skill will be drawing insight from the analytics and proposing and implementing actions to improve the customer experience
You will have excellent project management and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team
You will preferably hold a degree or equivalent qualification in digital marketing or related discipline(not required)
