The successful planning, implementation and evaluation of staff development measures is one of the reasons for our exceptional success story. You will be actively taking part in this – with the development of our worldwide employees you contribute to a continuously positive development of Hemmersbach as one of the fastest growing companies.
Your tasks:
- Administration of our internal learning modules and external trainings
- Helping your international colleagues on the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning contents online and offline by working with our e-learning platform and training procedures
- Supervising our international programmes for training measures and development of young executives
- Coordination and evaluate selection processes of applicants
You already…
- have knowledge in staff and/or organisational development – ideally, you have already had the chance to use your skills in practice by working as administrator in international HR team
- like working with technology and you are ambitious to familiarize yourself quickly with new tools
- know how to cope with stressful situations without any problems and working in international teams in English is not problem for you, but real fun
