CRM Strategy Consultant

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience working in management consulting (preferably Loyalty, Marketing, Trade Marketing)
- Experience in elaborating strategies and business concepts
- Experience in defining and mapping business requirements & process
- Experience in project management
- General understanding of global CRM technology landscape
- Very Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English language
- Education equivalent to post-graduate degree (preferably in Management, Marketing, IT)
- Readiness to travel
Responsibilities:
- Support Comarch clients through elaboration of customer strategy, loyalty program concepts, customer experiences and customer journeys
- Advise clients how to optimize their customer value propositions across all channels
- Advise clients on optimal organization, marketing processes and technologies that enable CRM
- Cooperation with client in order to translate business requirements into program rules and processes
- Work closely with internal technology delivery teams on behalf of the Clients
