IT Support Specialist with French
Key Responsibilities:
Customer care IT helpdesk,
Participate in defining customer care process,
Guide user through knowledge base,
Creating/maintaining knowledge base,
Automated alerting monitoring: tracking and escalation,
Incident ticket rising.
Requirements:
Fluent in French and at least communicative in English is essential,
Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate,
Curious / learning capabilities,
Capacity and willingness to work in shifts.
