We are looking for candidates for the following position:
HR Business Partner
(location: Wrocław)
Your role in our company:
As an HR Business Partner you will be:
delivering HR initiatives to support business needs: people development, management development and organizational changes
supporting building effective teams and developing their potential
managing Employee Relations & Communication, incl. problem solving, support and cooperation with company directors, managers, teams, team members
organizing company events
Recruitment & Selection
managing all stages of recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions
developing effective candidate-attraction strategies
Employer Branding
driving employer branding with HR Team, incl. events aimed at prospective employees, career exhibitions, cooperation with associations and technical universities, participation in employer branding awards
Employee Performance & Development
supporting the process of employee evaluation using 180’ and 360’ competence methodologies
creating training and development plans based on employee assessments
We are looking for a candidate who:
has at least 4 years of experience in a similar position (IT or related industry will be a plus)
wants to build a world-class HR team
is an HR Generalist with experience from many different HR projects in such fields as : employer branding, recruitment and selection, evaluation and development, trainings, and talent management
knows first-hand that textbook solutions do not always work and can analyze each situation individually to propose the best course of action
is trustworthy and has the gift of building relationships with people from all levels of the company
acts according to our company values, i.e. efficiency, ambition, commitment, professionality, and creativity, and values building positive relations
is goal-oriented and has problem-solving skills
can easily communicate in English
